Coaching

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) and use this evidence-based model with coaching clients, most of whom are busy professionals. I also draw on Positive Psychology, motivational interviewing and EMDR / Functional Imagery Training techniques where applicable and helpful to my clients. We begin by setting your coaching goals; these can be focussed on a particular professional issue or a number of issues.

I take a pragmatic, solution-focussed approach to equip clients with proven tools and techniques to make the changes they wish to make with my support.

Coaching packages are usually 3 to 6 months in duration but I can tailor a package to your needs.
